Engagement Framework

Leepfrog Advisory operates under a structured corporate advisory engagement model.

Phase 1 — Advisory Engagement

Most engagements commence with a retainer-based advisory mandate focused on:

• Diagnosis

• Strategy

• Structure

• Execution planning

Phase 2 — Outcome Alignment

Depending on the nature of the engagement, compensation may include:

• Fixed retainers

• Success-based fees

• Principal equity or performance participation

Any equity participation is negotiated separately and undertaken as principal.

What We Do Not Do

• Provide financial product advice

• Arrange or place capital

• Act as a broker or intermediary

• Advise on consumer or residential credit
